Finanzen — Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy for the Finanzen app and website · Last updated: 3 October 2026

1. Controller

This Privacy Policy explains how Finanzen (the publishing cockpit at cockpit.sk-finanzberatung.de, the “App”) processes personal data. The controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Simon Kuper (SK Finanzberatung)
Großwolder Straße 167, 26810 Westoverledingen, Germany
Email: info@sk-finanzberatung.de

2. Who uses Finanzen

Finanzen is an internal tool without public sign-up. It is used by the Operator for the TikTok accounts the Operator owns, and by platform reviewers with a test login issued by the Operator. Visitors of the public pages (home page, this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service) are not tracked.

3. Data Finanzen receives from TikTok

When you connect a TikTok account, Finanzen receives only the data covered by the permissions you approve on TikTok's authorisation screen:

TikTok permissionDataPurpose in Finanzen
user.info.basicopen_id, display name, avatarIdentifying the connected account and showing which account a post goes to

Finanzen also stores the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok, and the post details you enter (caption, visibility, interaction and disclosure settings) together with the publishing status returned by TikTok.

4. Other data

5. Legal basis

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the connection and publishing function you request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating and securing the App).

6. Storage and security

All data is stored on a server rented by the Operator from Hetzner Online GmbH within the European Union. Access to Finanzen requires a login, all traffic is TLS-encrypted, and tokens are stored only on that server.

7. Sharing

Finanzen does not sell, rent or share personal data. Data is transmitted only to TikTok's official APIs (and, for the Operator's own accounts, to YouTube and Meta) to the extent necessary to publish content or read statistics.

8. Retention and deletion

Tokens and account data are kept while the account is connected. When you click Disconnect in Finanzen, the access token is revoked with TikTok and the account's data and tokens are deleted from Finanzen. Uploaded video files are deleted after publishing; post records are kept for at most 12 months.

9. Revoking access

You can revoke Finanzen's access at any time in Finanzen (Disconnect) or in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact the address in section 1.

11. Changes

The current version of the Finanzen Privacy Policy is always published on this page. See also the Finanzen Terms of Service.
