Finanzen — Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of Finanzen (the “App”), the publishing cockpit available at cockpit.sk-finanzberatung.de, including its integration with TikTok. Finanzen is operated by Simon Kuper, Großwolder Straße 167, 26810 Westoverledingen, Germany (SK Finanzberatung, the “Operator”).

2. Who may use Finanzen

Finanzen is an internal tool. It is used by the Operator to manage the TikTok and other social media accounts that the Operator owns and controls. There is no public sign-up. Access requires a Finanzen login issued by the Operator. The Operator may issue limited test logins to platform reviewers (for example TikTok's app review team); such test logins can only see and use the TikTok accounts connected with that test login.

3. What Finanzen does

Connect TikTok accounts through TikTok's official authorisation (Login Kit).
Display profile information, statistics and recent videos of the connected TikTok accounts.
Publish videos to a connected TikTok account, or send them to the account's TikTok inbox as a draft, using TikTok's Content Posting API — always after the user has reviewed and confirmed the post settings.

4. Your responsibilities when posting with Finanzen

You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorised to manage, and only publish content you have the right to publish.
You choose the caption, the visibility, the interaction settings (comments, duets, stitches) and the commercial content disclosure for every post yourself. Finanzen never pre-selects the visibility of a post.
By publishing through Finanzen you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, TikTok's Branded Content Policy.
Content must comply with applicable law and with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

5. TikTok and other platforms

Finanzen accesses TikTok only through TikTok's official APIs and only with the permissions the account owner has granted on TikTok's own authorisation screen. Finanzen respects the creator settings returned by TikTok, including privacy options, disabled interactions and posting limits. Authorisation can be revoked at any time in Finanzen (Disconnect) or in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions. Finanzen is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok.

6. Availability and warranty

Finanzen is provided “as is” for internal use, without any guarantee of availability, uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Liability

Liability of the Operator is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

8. Changes and termination

The Operator may change or discontinue Finanzen at any time and may revoke logins. The current version of these Terms of Service is always published on this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
